Abbiejean “Abby” Amato

Abby, often affectionately referred to as Abba Wabba, or Miss Abby girl, was a blessing of sweetness to her family and all who were lucky enough to know her. She had a gift of infectious joy, her silliness and loving attitude just brought out happiness even when you were having a bad day. Despite being an 80-pound ball of muscle, she saw herself as a lap dog that loved to cuddle up with her family. It wasn’t uncommon of her to bulldoze her way through chairs, tables, or any object in her way just to get to people. She was curious, smart, playful, clumsy, silly and above all loving.

Sady cancer stole our beautiful Abby from us, and her home feels quite empty without her big personality and warmth. While her loss leaves a huge hole in the lives of her family, her memory and love will carry on with us forever. Our lives were enriched by Abby, and we will always be thankful to her for the love she gave us. We hope to see you again someday, love you always Abby!
