Pet Tributes

Cricket, the beloved Teacup Yorkie, passed away peacefully with his loving parents right beside him on the night of December 9, 2023.

After the passing of his previous family, Cricket was quickly adopted and given a second home full of love and devotion. He was a sweet fur baby and brought so much joy to his human parents. Although tiny, he was dedicated to watching out for his mama…always on guard and never more than a tiny step away. He was the epitome of a lap dog and loved to be snuggled and was always included on family adventures from New York to Georgia. Although, his big (but much younger) human sister would always tease him, by calling him things such as “Crotch-et”, “Croquet”, or “Crotchety”, she loved him dearly, as did her family. Cricket lived a long life (even if never long enough) and spent every moment knowing that he was immensely loved and never knew the meaning of loneliness.

His family is comforted in knowing that he will have an everlasting life full of fun with his 4 fur-siblings, eating all the french fries, and very short sets of stairs.
