When a Death Has Occured

Notify us directly or have your veterinarian’s office contact us.

Select a method of interment (cremation or burial).

Choose a package or order an urn, keepsake item, burial product , memorial marker or stone from our large selection for your pet’s cremains or burial.

Completion of paperwork with your wishes in writing.

We will pick up your pet or you can bring your pet to us.

We will return your pet’s remains back to your veterinarian’s clinic or you may pick up the cremains at Storke Pet Loss Center.

After you make your selection, please contact our office to finalize your selection. Your pet’s remains are handled safely and respectfully.
